ROC Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 6 (Detailed Management Plan) attached to 23/02476/FUL (Change of use of property at 5 Saint Bedes Park from a dwelling (Use Class C3) to a children's home (Use Class C2), and associated shared use of residential garden) to amend the wording of condition 6 so as to change the timing trigger for submission from 3 months to prior to occupation of the development. (Amended proposed management plan received 16.02.2026 and amended covering letter received 20.02.2026).
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Park Road Methodist Sunday School SR2 8HR which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.

This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
26/00006/FUL - BaseUK Hanover Place Sunderland SR4 6BY. Kirtley Co. is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Renovations to business unit including reinstatement of windows, introduction of glazing and change of Use of current storage unit to Class E.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
