PUBLIC NOTICE: The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. Regulation 25 Further Information Appeal by Baxter Group Ltd (the Appellant) Site Address: Mytax Farm, 4 Bourbles Lane, Poulton-Le-Fylde, FY6 0PE
Appeal Reference: 6002168

Baxter Group Ltd have Appealed against the refusal of Planning Application LCC/2023/0030 by Lancashire County Council for The extraction and processing of sand and gravel including the construction of new site access roads, landscaping and screening bunds, minerals washing plant and other associated infrastructure with restoration to leisure end-uses, agricultural land and biodiversity enhancement, using imported inert fill. The application which was refused by Lancashire County Council on 20th October 2025 and an Appeal against the refusal started on 17th December 2025. A Public Inquiry will be opening on 14th April 2026. The Appellant was notified on 04th February 2026 that further information is required in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. The Further Information is to be submitted on 06th March 2025.
