Notice is hereby given that the Parish Trustees of Little Longstone propose in accordance with section 127 of the Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of 0.2 acres or thereabout of land at Monsal Head, Bakewell by way of lease to Derbyshire Dales District Council.

Act to dispose of 0.2 acres or thereabout of land at Monsal Head, Bakewell by way of surrender of a lease dated 1st December 2013 between (1) Sarah Stokes and (2) Derbyshire Dales District Council.
