PROPOSAL: Farm diversification development to include leisure, commercial, tourism and agricultural development and all associated site works


LOCATION: Lands at Gill Hall Estate, Dromore (located south of Lurgan Road from its junction with Blackskull Road to 8m west of no.75 Lurgan Road, east of and adjacent to nos.7 and 11 Blackskull Road, north of and adjacent to nos.103, 105 and 107 Villa Wood Road and nos.72, 72A and 72D Lower Quilly Road, 28m north of nos.86 Villa Wood Road and north west and adjacent to no.71 Lower Quilly Road) and no.74 Lower Quilly Road Road, Dromore


EVENT: A pre-application community consultation event will take place on Wednesday 11th March 2026 between 16:00 – 19:00 at Dromore Community Centre, Holm Park, Lurgan Road, Dromore, BT25 1HL.



WEBSITE: A pre-application community consultation website for the proposal will be live from Wednesday 11th March 2026 and will remain there until Wednesday 8th April 2026 inclusive.

The website can be viewed at bellrolston.com by scrolling down to ‘Community Consultations’ and selecting ‘Gill Hall, Dromore’. Comments on the proposed development can be submitted via the Bell Rolston website.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council. If a formal planning application is submitted to the Council, local advertisement and neighbour notification will take place and there will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council at that time.
