a) Display of two internally illuminated fascia signs, two externally illuminated free standing signs and two nonilluminated flagpole signs at T J Smith and Nephew Limited Wyke Way Melton HU14 3BQ (Ref: 26/00155/PAD)
b) Erection of a single storey extension to rear and construction a new roof over garage at Links House 49 Elloughton Road Brough HU15 1AP (Ref: 26/00296/PLF)
c) Display of double sided internally illuminated free standing digital advertisement passenger transport information unit at Bus Stop South West of East Riding College Armstrong Way Beverley HU17 0GH (Ref: 25/03560/PAD)
d) Change of use of land for keeping of horses, siting of three containers with roof enclosure for use as storage and medical area for horses, erection of three field shelters, installation of an incoming power supply kiosk, and alterations to widen existing culverted vehicular access (retrospective) at Land North East of Westland Nurseries Sands Lane Ellerker HU15 1RA (Ref: 25/03433/PLF)
Proposal (b) is within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (d) is a major development.
Proposal (c) is an Ancient Monument scheduled under Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979.
