PROPOSAL: Development of a link road connecting Mahon Road and Armagh Road / Northway Roundabout with development of a roundabout at Mahon Road and proposed residential development, industrial/warehouse/business development (Use classes B1, B2, B3, B4) and all ancillary works
LOCATION: Lands between Mahon Road and Armagh Road / Northway Roundabout located south and south-east of the roundabout, adjacent to and west of nos.14 - 22 (evens) Orchard Drive, adjacent to and south-west of nos.24 - 40 (evens) Orchard Drive, 31 Orchard Park, nos.8 and 9 Willow Drive, adjacent to and north of no.2 Bramblewood Drive, nos.1 - 7 and 11 - 21 (odds) Bramblewood Park, and lands at 41 and 41A Mahon Road and 6 Brook Drive, Portadown; lands accessed from Mahon Industrial Estate located 35m south of 8 James Park (Amazon Depot), east of and adjacent to nos.1 and 2 Clendinning Drive and 70m north-east of nos.1 - 9 (odds) Clendinning Avenue, Portadown
EVENT: A pre-application community consultation event will take place on Monday 2nd March 2026 between 16:00 – 19:00 at Mahon Scout & Community Sports Hall, 118 Mahon Road, Portadown, BT62 3SF.
