If you cannot use the online service we will do our best to help you view the plans via alternative means. For further assistance with this please email development.management@midlothian.gov.uk.

Written comments should be submitted to the Planning Manager, Place Directorate, Fairfield House, 8 Lothian Road, Dalkeith EH22 3AA, or via the Midlothian Council website by the dates specified.
Representations must be made as described here, even if you have made comment to the applicant prior to the application being made.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013. Deadline for comments: 5 March 2026.

MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL ENFORCEMENT NOTICE (REFERENCE E/25/19) AT LAND ADJOINING
13 SAW MILL TERRACE, BONNYRIGG, EH19 3FY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN AS FOLLOWS:-  

On the 5th January 2025, the Council was made aware of an appeal of an enforcement notice served relating to a fence erected on the land adjoining 13 Saw Mill Terrace, Bonnyrigg, EH19 3FY. Under regulation 16 of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, any interest party is required to be notifi ed.

The land subject to the appeal is defi ned as common ground and therefore has shared ownership between all plot owners. Given this, this advertisement is notifi cation of this appeal. All interested owners should be aware of their right to make representations to DPEA within 14 days of their receipt of this notifi cation.
