26/00257/MAW - Roundel Manufacturing Limited 5 - 8 Sedling Road Wear Industrial Estate Washington NE38 9BZ. Roundel Manufacturing Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement and reduction of existing externally sited biomass plant and equipment with new biomass boilers, associated silos, extraction system and wood chipping equipment, including relocation of plant within the site.
26/00248/FUL - Holmeland Farm Stoneygate Houghton-le-Spring DH4 4NN. Mr Colin Batey is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Proposed demolition of 3no. agricultural buildings and the erection of 1no.self-build residential dwelling (Use Class C3) and a garage, together with associated parking and ancillary works. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Sunderland And South Shields Water Co Stoneygate Pumping Station which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
