What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/2308/FH - Historic Toilet Block, Road Of Remembrance, Folkestone - Proposed military memorial including a metal soldier, flagpole and associated signage.
25/2316/FH - 2 The Orchards, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6TR - Single storey rear extension.
25/2320/FH - Dutch House, Coast Road, Littlestone, New Romney, TN28 8QZ - Erection of a detached two-storey dwelling on land adjacent Dutch House.
26/0001/FH - Flat 2B, 21 Grimston Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2PU - Retrospective planning application for the replacement and extension of rear decking and erection of fence.
26/0123/FH - Flat A, 19 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EN - Listed Building Consent for damp-proofing maintenance work to flat A
26/0188/FH - Flat 5, The Manor House, 1 Earls Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2EX - Listed Building Consent for the installation of an internal stair lift.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
