Listed building consent for the redevelopment and change of use of existing Grade II listed building into residential use including the following: refurbishment and conversion of building known as Kinders into 10 apartments; refurbishment and conversion of existing stable block to rear of site into 2 houses; demolition of dilapidated house adjacent to stable block and replacement with new two storey dwelling; construction of 8 detached and 2 semi detached two and a half storey family dwelling houses in grounds to the south west and north west of the listed building. Ancillary works (including a new vehicular access and landscaping) also proposed.
