Proposal
New public wastewater treatment works to replace the existing public
wastewater treatment works operated by Northern Ireland Water. Proposed
works will consist of 1 No inlet screen, 2 No primary settlement tanks (PSTs), 2
No reed beds, 1 No final effluent pump station and associated ancillary works.
Storage provided for sludge, greater than Formula A flows. Motor Control Centre
(MCC) kiosk to house the main control panels and wash water booster kiosks to
house the wash water booster. New 2.4 m high perimeter fence and gates
Extensions & alterations to existing service station, including first floor office /
store, part change of use from shop (Use Class A1) to off-licence (Sui Generis),
provision of car park and associated site works
Erection of upgraded Wastewater Treatment Plant, consisting of Nanobubble
Container, Balance Tank, Clarifier, Odour Control Unit, boundary treatments and
all associated site works
Proposed demolition of existing rear single storey extension and lean-to-roof with

Replacement of rear fire exit doors on a like-for-like basis, retaining existing
openings and matching original design, materials, and proportions.
Repair of damaged tiles in the roof valley of meeting room.
Works to kitchen including a new insulated ceiling below the current pitched
ceiling, new energy efficient lighting and repositioning of existing fire sensor.
Replacement of old fluorescent lighting in main hall, front hall and rear meeting
room with equivalent new energy efficient units.
Retention of 2 No. Storage Areas - Area 1 to include x 52 storage Containers
for domestic/business storage, Area 2 to include 40 No. Storage Containers for
domestic/business storage and external storage. Provision of hardcored stone
surfacing with concrete apron to main entrance. Retention of c. 1.8 high retaining
wall to the northern boundary and 2.4m high security fencing, 6 No. 4.7 metre
flood lighting and CCTV columns
Erection of light industrial packaging (use class B2) and storage and distribution
(use class B4) building and associated site works
Proposed stables building for personal recreation use (non-commercial)
Erection of single storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling, external
and internal alterations to existing dwelling to include roofspace conversion to
