NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000036/26 – Proposed erection of two storey extension above existing shop to provide 6no. apartment and associated development at 1-3 Mold Road, Buckley. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 27 February 2026 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
