I give notice that Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited are applying to Oxford City Council for the:
Erection of 31 affordable residential dwellings, with associated public open space, multi-use games area, children’s play area, access and landscaping (Amended Plans). (Reference: 23/00988/FUL)
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated, namely Policy SP32.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:
