Consultation Public Event

Bellway Homes Limited (Scotland East) give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the proposed development as follows:

Land To The North West Of Pitreavie And North Of Carnock Road,

Dunfermline (Swallowdrum)

Residential development, including roads, access, parking, landscaping and associated development.

Further information on the proposed development will be available at a public exhibition being held as follows: 14:00 – 19:00 on 16th February 2026 at: Baldridgeburn Community Centre, Dunfermline, KY12 9EH

A second public exhibition event will be held in March or April 2026, with details to be advertised in due course.

Comments and feedback relating to the first consultation event should be submitted to the prospective by 2nd March 2026.

Please note, comments on these proposals are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to Fife Council Planning. If a subsequent planning application is submitted there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations on the application to Fife Council Planning during the statutory notification period.
