Application under s73 to vary conditions 2, 12, 17, 18, 26 and 29 of planning permission DA/19/01515/FUL (for Redevelopment of site to provide Class B8 (storage and distribution) uses and ancillary B1 uses with associated access, servicing, parking, landscaping, works to flood defence and riverside enhancements) to allow for the installation of associated external structures adjacent to the building to include external secure staging unit, the provision of a pedestrian walkway and re-configuration of part of the car park and associated works in connection with the operation of direct customer deliveries from the site

Following an assessment of the application, Dartford Borough Council has granted consent under s73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the above development. In accordance with the above regulations, the following documents are available for public inspection, by prior appointment, at The Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent DA1 1DR:-
