Notice is hereby given that Mr Hamish Elder, Harvey & Son Lewes Ltd, The Bridge Wharf Brewery, Cliffe High St, Lewes, BN7 2AH, has applied to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake river wall repair works for the proposed redevelopment of the site at No.1 & 2 Cliffe High Street in Lewes.

Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by:

) and accessing the Public Representation section of case reference MLA/2025/00533.

In all cases, correspondence must:

- Quote the case reference; and
- Include an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent.
