of existing forecourt to improve traffic circulation;
Provision of new 2.2m high acoustic fence on top of
retaining walls alongside party boundaries; Provision
of a new bin store area and all associated site works

provision of retaining wall. Erection of proposed 2
storey building providing 42 no. bay driving range
(including 2 no. private fitting bays); restaurant / café
with kitchen and associated bin storage; professional
shop; ball store; and balcony area. The driving range
will be surrounded by 15 to 20 metre high safety
net fencing, with posts around driving range and
proposed floodlighting from the building over the
driving range.
Proposed housing developing comprising 3 no
detached and 16 no semi detached dwellings and
associated site works. (Amended scheme/plans

Erection of two detached dwellings in substitution of
planning application ref: LA08/2018/1240/F which
granted approval for the erection of one dwelling and
attached garage. (Amended Information, Amended
Plans, Amended Proposal)
Retention of shed and areas of hardstanding for use
in conjunction with existing self-storage business,
retention of retaining walling, walling, fencing and
associated site works, and proposed works to
improve existing access, provision of drainage
channels and associated site works (amended
description)
