APPLICATION FOR MLA/2025/00534 Replacement retaining timber sea wall to be realigned landwards
Notice is hereby given that Mr Nicholas Garrett, The Chummery Limited, 3 Pool House, Lock Lane, Birdham, Chichester, PO20 7BB has applied to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the replacement of an existing dilapidated retaining sea wall which encloses the bank underneath the residential property the Pool House, Birdham.

In all cases, correspondence must:
Be received within 28 days of the date of the first notice 05/02/2026
Quote the case reference; and Include an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
