Application reference #1268 dated 27/01/2026 has been received by the above Committee for approval of the following works to an exempt ecclesiastical building.
1. Cathedral Church of St Peter (Church) - Lancaster. Grade II* (Listing Number: 1214397)
2. Works Proposed: The works include the following elements: 1. Replacement of three roof lights: one in the Sacristy and two in the adjacent Cloister Corridor. The proposals are shown on Architectural drawings 1606.700, 1606.701,1606.702,1606.703 and 1606.704. Included in the application is an Heritage, Design and Impact Assessment including photographs coded to the Architectural drawings.
3. Applicant: Fr John Millar - Cathedral House, Balmoral Road, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA1 3BT
