AT: 11 Clitheroe Road Sabden BB7 9HD
FOR: Proposed two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and widening of the existing driveway. Application number: 3/2025/0959
AT: Oxenhurst Farm Back Lane Slaidburn Clitheroe BB7 3EE
FOR: Listed Building Consent to replace existing windows with new double-glazed windows. Application number: 3/2026/0034

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
