Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
chimney pots and internal works including the installation of a partition wall and installation of associated door, wall mounted timber shelving, skirting boards and built in timber booths

TWC/2026/0042 – Telford Hotel And Golf Resort, Great Hay Drive, Sutton Hill – Installation of 11no. TrackMan golf driving bays unit
TWC/2026/0044 – 24 Paradise, Coalbrookdale – Excavation of existing front garden, installation of 2no. retaining walls and creation of driveway, following removal of front retaining wall (Part Retrospective)
TWC/2026/0046 – Oak Cottage, 137 Church Road, Jackfield – Erection of a single storey rear extension to lower ground floor with ground floor balcony, replacement of front porch and alterations to dwelling including removal of existing side porch, replacement of 1no. window with 1no. door, replacement of 1no. front bay window with 1no. sash window, replacement of 9no. windows
TWC/2026/0048 – Broomycroft, High Street, Coalport – Variation of condition no.8 (deposited plans) of planning permission TWC/2025/0390 (Erection of a part two storey part single storey side extension to be used as an annexe) to allow for change to proposed flat roof detail
