Proposed development involving: Erection of a free range egg production unit and associated infrastructure at Kenby Farm, Quaker Road, Owstwick for Skylark Farm (Owstwick) Ltd Application No: 25/02846/STPLFE The application is being advertised for the following reason: The Local Authority has approved an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) application on 26 January 2026.
An EIA application has the same meaning given in regulation 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
