The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. (b) Land for Potential Development A to the West of Lakeside, Red Lane, Colne. 26/0034/FUL Full: Erection of 1 no. dwelling with altered vehicular access and the provision of 4 no. parking spaces of Permission in Principle 25/0209/PIP. The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. (c) Langroyd Hall, Langroyd Road, Colne. 26/0023/FUL Full (Major): Conversion of the existing hall building to 7 no. apartments with a replacement sunroom; erection of 21 no. apartments and 2 no. cottages with associated parking, cycle stands, bin store and landscaping. The proposal is a Major Development. The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. (d) Greenberfield Farm, Greenberfield Lane, Barnoldswick. 25/0811/FUL Full (Major): Erection of an agricultural building. The proposal is a Major Development.
HOUSEHOLDER APPLICATION
(e) 50 Lomeshaye Road, Nelson. 26/0050/HHO Full: Rear alterations to existing ground floor outbuilding (store room) to create WC including raising the roof height. The proposal is within the Whitefield Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

The proposal is a Major Development. The proposal affects a Listed Building.

(g) 40 Manchester Road, Nelson. 26/0038/ADV Advertisement Consent: Display of 1 no. illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. illuminated projecting sign. The proposal is within the Whitefield Conservation Area. (h) 56 Manchester Road, Nelson. 26/0046/ADV Advertisement Consent: Display of 2 no. illuminated fascia signs. The proposal is within the Whitefield Conservation Area. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 20 February 2026.
