I give notice that: Brookhouse (Preston) Ltd. is applying to Preston City Council for the following permission: Hybrid planning application for the creation of 2no. retail units (Class A1), associated landscaping and service area (full application),and the creation of standalone commercial unit (Classes A1-A5) (outline application) (pursuant to 06/2017/1118 to seek variation of condition no.1 approved plans and no.10 waste and recycling storage)
