Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Warwick District Council to refuse planning for the proposal with reference: W/25/1475, for the ‘construction and operation of a micro-energy storage facility with associated enclosure’, located at Kenilworth Road, Old Milverton, Leamington Spa, adjacent to the existing electrical substation. The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations. Any comments already made following the original application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate, and will be considered by the Inspector unless withdrawn.
