Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
chimney pots and internal works including the installation of a partition wall and installation of associated door, wall mounted timber shelving, skirting boards and built in timber booths
TWC/2026/0030 – 41 Paradise, Coalbrookdale – Erection of a single storey rear extension and creation of 2no. parking bays following the demolition of an existing outbuilding
TWC/2026/0031 – 13 Pool View, Horsehay – Replacement of 3no. windows and 1no. door
TWC/2026/0032 – 191 Salthouse Road, Jackfield – Installation of 8no. UPVC windows and 2no. UPVC french doors to replace existing windows, 2no roof lights, 2no. doors and removal of 2no. windows
TWC/2026/0033 – 1 Home Farm, Preston Upon The Weald Moors – Erection of two single storey rear extensions
TWC/2026/0034 – The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, Blists Hill Victorian Town, Legges Way, Madeley – Repair work to Lilleshall Beam Blowing Engines to include the flooring of the upper deck, reinstatement of the visitors access to the upper deck with reinforced/altered handrail

and need to be received by 19 February 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
