AS AMENDED (SECTION 123)

NOTICE is hereby given under section 123 (1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Mid Sussex District Council intends to make a disposal of a parcel of open space land of approximately 13566 m² by way of a 25 year lease at Maple Drive Burgess Hill West Sussex RH15 8DL registered under HM Land Registry title numbers: WSX182694 and WSX410751. The lease is proposed to be allocated to BURGESS HILL TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED. A plan can be inspected at the Council’s office reception desk at Oaklands, Haywards Heath RH16 1SS during normal business hours which shows the approximate extent and locations of these proposed facilities, or is available by email from

property@midsussex.gov.uk

or calling 01444 477577. Any person who wishes to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned by 12 noon 27th February 2026 quoting the reference below. Any objections received by that date will be considered by the District Council in deciding whether to grant the proposed lease.
