NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

The following application(s) are considered to not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated:

Reference: 25/05699/FPA

Site Address: Poverest Adult Education Centre, Poverest Road, Orpington, BR5 2DQ

Proposal: Demolition of the existing adult education centre and 18 Church Hill Wood, and the construction of 44 affordable residential units (100% affordable and social rent), vehicular access, additional pedestrian connections, car and cycle parking, landscaping, amenity space, refuse stores and other associated works.

In the case of applications for householder or minor commercial development, where an appeal is made against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
