Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant


Proposed development on land off Meadowbank Avenue, Lenzie for proposed residential development (up to 46 dwellinghouses), landscaping, access, and associated ancillary development.
A series of consultation events are being held by Manse LLP and Robertson Homes. Two in-person consultation events will be carried out. The initial round of consultation will be held on 9th February 2026 between 3pm and 7pm at Lenzie Union Parish Church (Dean House Hall), 65 Kirkintilloch Road, Lenzie, G66 4LD.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal as part of this initial round of consultation should do so by 23rd February 2026 via survey form available at the event or in writing to teri

@porterplanning.com.

Please note, this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to East Dunbartonshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
