Planning Application: LA02/2025/0907/O
Location: Land 160 metres south-east of No 19 Dunluce Park, Ballymena
Proposal: Residential development comprising 28 dwellings, access through developments
approved under LA02/2023/1355/F & LA02/2024/0318/RM, pumping station (in place of
waste water treatment plant approved under LA02/2024/0318/RM), and associated site works.
