I give notice that Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, Dr Jones & Mr Williams is applying to B&NES Council for planning permission for Outline planning application for the development of up to 200no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3), Class E floorspace (Use Class E), open space, strategic landscaping and earthworks, surface water drainage and all other ancillary infrastructure and enabling works with access from Charlton Road. All matters reserved except for access. and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The application, plans and documents can be inspected at https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/webforms/planning/ and alternatively at One Stop Shops, 3-4 Manvers Street in Bath, Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk in Keynsham and The Hollies in Midsomer Norton during opening hours. Copies of the environmental statement are available online or by calling Planning on 01225 394041 for a reasonable charge reflecting printing and distribution costs.
