What is planned?

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1972 – SECTION 123(2A) AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PLANNING AND LAND ACT, 1980
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to dispose of land forming part of Public Open Space, namely:
LAND AT 2 LEVESON WALK, DUDLEY
Containing approximately 0.0167 hectares or thereabouts.
A plan showing the boundaries of the land referred to may be inspected at the main noticeboard in the main foyer area of The Council House, Priory Road, Dudley, DY1 1HF between 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday.
Objections to the proposed disposal should be sent to me at the under mentioned address, quoting reference: 05139/DK, by no later than Monday 23rd February 2026.
