3. Erection of boiler room, installation of windows and doors to side and rear, over-cladding of rear wall, and part retrospective excavation of earth bank and construction of retaining wall. 1 Rock Cottages, Mountfield Lane, Mountfield. RR/2025/2078/HOU.
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 and 3 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 above. Lawful Development Certificate for an Existing Use or Operation or Activity in respect of 2 above.
