What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
chimney pots and internal works including the installation of a partition wall and installation of associated door, wall mounted timber shelving, skirting boards and built in timber booths
TWC/2025/0884 – All Saints Parish Centre, Lych Gate Walk, Wellington – Installation of 22no. photovoltaic panels to roof
TWC/2026/0004 – Stonelea, 12 School Road, Edgmond – Erection of a single storey side extension following the demolition of existing conservatory and partial removal of retaining wall
TWC/2026/0005 – Land between, Wellington Road/A5223, Horsehay – Outline planning permission for up to 80 dwellings (with all matters reserved except for access to Wellington Road) (including affordable housing), highway works, public open space, landscaping, drainage and all other associated works, including infrastructure
TWC/2026/0020 – 28 Mafeking Road, Hadley – Erection of a part two storey and part single storey side and rear extension, loft conversion to habitable space and conversion from 1no. dwelling (Use Class C3) into 2no. dwellings (Use Class C2)
TWC/2026/0025 – 1 Mill Cottages, School Road, Coalbrookdale – Repairs to roof using existing clay tile and matched replacements
TWC/2026/0027 TWC/2026/0028 – Old School House, School Road, Coalbrookdale – Erection of a two storey side extension and erection of a detached garage (Full planning application and Listed Building Application)

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

and need to be received by 12 February 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing
