I give notice that Johnsons Aggregate and Recycling Limited is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the development of a surface water management facility comprising two new surface water storage tanks and ancillary equipment at Johnsons Recycling Centre, Compton Road, Ilkeston, DE7 4BG.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at

), or at the Planning Department, Erewash Borough Council, Town Hall, Long Eaton, NG10 1HU (available online at

) during all reasonable hours until 13 February 2026.
