Being an application affecting the Setting of a Conservation Area
DM/25/2612 - Application for the installation of air conditioning/chiller units
upon the western flank wall (Retrospective) and the proposed installation
of an acoustic fence with fitted absorption barrier (Updated plans and Noise
Impact Assessment Report received on 07/01/2026 and description changed
by agreement on 09/01/2026). Franklands Village Store, Franklands
Village, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 3RA
DM/25/3256 - Change of use from B1 (Office) to C3 (Dwelling House),
associated internal and external alterations and removal of external
staircase. Storm Creative Partnership Ltd, The Old Surgery, High
