Seaview Blinds Ltd, Mr FitzGerald For planning permission to: Demolition of existing glass houses and packing workshop/office and the erection of 748m2 of new craft workshop falling within the following use classes:- E(g) Uses which can be carried out in a residential area without detriment to its amenity; E(g)(i) Offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions; E(a)(ii) Research and development of products or processes: E(q)(iii) Industrial processes, with associated parking, compound, access, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements
