Notice under Articles 13 and 36 – Planning Appeal

The following planning appeal has been submitted to The Planning Inspectorate
The construction of seven houseblocks (3 storey), property storage (1 storey), offender management unit (one storey), healthcare unit (3 storey) multi faith unit (one storey) and car park (80 spaces) This application may affect the setting of a listed building and is in CIL Zone 2 (Zero Rated) as other development at HMP Ford Category D Prison, Ford Road, Ford, Arundel BN18 0BX.
The planning appeal is submitted on behalf of His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service, in respect of the decision of Arun District Council to refuse planning permission.
