Major Development PL/25/6024/OA Land at Madges Farm Pinners Way/Chearsley Road Long Crendon Outline planning permission for erection of up to 97 dwellings (of which 25% would be affordable homes), together with access and footways, highways and drainage works, car park/parking, open space, amenity space, landscaping, play area(s) and associated infrastructure

Affects setting of CA PL/25/5707/FA Jenkins Court, Wingrave, Buckinghamshire, Provision of additional hardstanding to create allocated car parking spaces for existing dwellings

LB in CA PL/25/5773/HB J Brown Funeral Services Ltd 23 High Street Wendover Listed building consent for structural repairs to the existing shopfront.

Major Development – 24/00492/APP – Green Park Activities And

Training Centre Green Park Stablebridge Road Aston Clinton – Erection of accommodation and classroom cabins, temporary and permanent toilet blocks, activity equipment, change of use of dining hall and nursery to provide additional accommodation and ancillary works at Inspiring Learning (retrospective) (amendments to application)

Affects the Setting of a LB – 25/02162/APP – White Lodge 61 Clifden Road Worminghall – Erection of a single storey garden room (14 days to comment)

The council has received a submission of amended plans and updated Environmental Statement for the following application, which can be viewed via the internet. Comments can be made online at www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk within 30 days. We publish every comment we receive on our website.

Major Development and Environmental Statement submitted – PL/25/5976/DE Land Between Wendover Road and Aston Clinton Road Weston Turville Submission of Reserved Matters (access, landscaping, appearance, scale and layout) for the Marroway Link Road (Phase 1) comprising accesses, infrastructure works, associated drainage and landscape features pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 16/00424/AOP and approval of Conditions 16 and 17 (Landscape Scheme), Condition 19 (Tree and Hedgerow Protection), Conditions 20 and 21 (Ecology), Condition 25 (Drainage and SUDS) and Condition 40 (Highways).
