The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.25/02939/LBC - Wilderness Cliff Road Sunderland SR2 0NW. Mr Benjamin Tulloch is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Listed building consent for refurbishment of 5no. timber sliding sash windows. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest and affects the setting of; Chestnuts and No14 Cliff Road which are also included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
