The following will be determined under all/part of the above
26/00010/FUL - Wild Fire Hanover Place Sunderland SR4 6BY. Kirtley Co. is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of first floor from apartments to business units, reduce cill height of existing rear first floor windows, provision of entrance canopy and external staircase. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.25/02939/LBC - Wilderness Cliff Road Sunderland SR2 0NW. Mr Benjamin Tulloch is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Listed building consent for refurbishment of 5no. timber sliding sash windows. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest and affects the setting of; Chestnuts and No14 Cliff Road which are also included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest. Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility.
