NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) for planning permission have been made to the Council:

Location: Solby Wood Farm Daws Heath Road Hadleigh Benfleet Essex

Proposal: Outline application for up to 160 dwellings (all matters reserved except access)

Applicant: Hillside Enterprises

Reason for Advertising: Departure from the approved Local Plan currently in force. Major Application for the purposes of the Order above as amended.

Revised details have been received: change to site location plan with regards to the access road into the site, and corresponding changes to Design and Access Statement, Access Drawing, Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, Illustrative Masterplan, Land Use Parameter Plan, Access Parameter Plan, Blue and Green Infrastructure Plan, Building Heights Plan, Planning Statement, Baseline Habitat Map, Condition Assessment Sheets, Site Location Plan, Preliminary Ecological Appraisal and Impact Assessment, General Arrangement Plan, Hard Landscaping Plan, Soft Landscaping Plan, Tree Removal and Protection Plan, Illustrative Landscape Masterplan and Public Open Space Plan. Also changes to Biodiversity Metric to reflect status of Ancient Woodland as irreplaceable habitat, Biodiversity Net Gain Statement and Biodiversity Condition reports.

Representations may be submitted online or by writing to the Planning Manager, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex SS7 1TF, quoting the application number. Representations must be received by 6th February 2026.
