ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15
1. Affects the Setting of Listed Building. Variation of conditions imposed on
RR/2020/1694/P to allow for amendments to internal floor layouts and alterations to the external elevations including the provision of white timber cladding and reconfiguration of external staircase. The Brewery Yard Club, Landgate, Rye. RR/2025/2122/RVC
2. External repairs to brickwork, pointing, leadwork, chimney & doors, renewal of parapet gutters to improved design, internal structural repairs to roof, retiling of roof, replacement of front windows with altered opening casements, replacement of small second floor windows as slim double glazed, additional internal wall lining at flat 2. Replacement of flats 1 & 2 entrance doors. The Old Grammer School, High Street, Rye. RR/2025/1802/LBC and RR/2025/1804/FULL
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 and 2 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 above.
The descriptions in respect of 1 and 2 above have been amended.
The proposed development in respect of 1 above does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
