NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government will reconvene a Public Inquiry at Chichester College, Westgate Fields, Chichester, PO19 1SB, commencing on Tuesday 24th February at 09.30
Into an application by Mr Goddard, the subject of appeal to the Secretary of State under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, for a retrospective (Section 73A) application for the provision of 22 Gypsy/Traveller pitches (across 11 plots) comprising 22 static caravans and 11 touring caravans at:
Melita Nursery, Chalk Lane, Sidlesham, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 7LW.
