What is planned?

The Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) and The Town and Country
Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Regulation 7(2) (as amended) - Notice of Pre-Application Consultation Public Event

Angus Council give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the proposed development as follows: Land to the east of the A90 and west of Orchard Loan, Forfar.
Clean refuelling hub development including bio Compressed Natural Gas supply and an EV charging hub, with access, landscaping, drainage and associated works.
Further information on the proposed development will be available at a public exhibition being held as follows: 14:00-19:00 on 27th January 2026 at: Forfar Community Centre Campus, Kirriemuir road, Forfar DD8 3TG
A second public exhibition event will be held as follows: 14:00-19:00 on 24th February 2026 at: Forfar Community Centre Campus, Kirriemuir road, Forfar DD8 3TG

Please note, comments on these proposals are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to Angus Council Planning. If a subsequent planning application is submitted there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations on the application to Angus Council Planning during the statutory notification period.
