The Horsham District Local Plan 2023-40 was submitted to the Secretary of State for examination on 26 July 2024. The Secretary of State has appointed Inspector Luke Fleming BSc (Hons) MRTPI to carry out the independent examination of the Plan.
Notice is hereby given that following a pause in the examination hearings a procedural/exploratory meeting between the Local Plan Inspector and Horsham District Council will be held on Thursday 26 February 2026.
