25/03002/LBC - Mr Saunders - 1 East Row Chichester PO19 1PD - Internal works to cellar, replacement of rainwater goods & drainage gully, application of lime plaster plinth. 25/03052/LBC - Ms Flemming - Pendrills Mill Lane Fishbourne Chichester PO19 3JN - Internal & external alterations & repairs, construction of a new single storey extension, demolition of existing single storey extension & replacement with new glazed entrance. Removal of existing rear outbuilding. (S73 variation of condition 2 of permission 21/02210/LBC - amendments to single storey garden room extension). SDNP/25/04925/FUL – P Nicholson - Land East of Stocklands Riding Stables, Portsmouth Road, Milland,GU30 7JG, - Change of use from equestrian paddocks to a secure dog walking field with associated fencing, gates & parking area.
Deadline for representations 5th February 2026. The applications and accompanying plans may be inspected by visiting the Council’s web site or at East Pallant House, East Pallant, Chichester, PO19 1TY between 8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
