KILNWOOD VALE, CRAWLEY ROAD, FAYGATE, WEST SUSSEX
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER CR/2019/0589/FUL - 2021

On 6th January 2026 Crawley Borough Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the part of the public bridleway No. 1550 commencing at Point A on the Order Plan (the “Order Plan”) and extending for approximately 21.3 metres in a northerly direction to point G on the Order Plan as shown by a continuous back line on the Order Plan.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order Plan may be seen at Crawley Borough Council at the Town Hall, The Create Building, The Boulevard, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1UZ free of charge between 09:00 am and 4:00 pm on Monday to Friday excluding any day that is a bank holiday or statutory holiday. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be purchased there at a price of £15.00.
This Order comes into force on 6th January 2026 the date on which Crawley Borough Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date on which the notice was first published as required by paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
