What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0812/AC: Display of 14 non-illuminated pole mounted car park signs in rear car park) at North Eastern Co-Operative, 69 High Street, Marske by the Sea.

R/2025/0813/CA: Installation of a pole mounted automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera at North Eastern Co-Operative, 69 High Street, Marske by the Sea.

R/2025/0831/LB: LBC for the renewal and enhancement of the existing CCTV system and to introduce additional camera locations where required at Redcar Central Railway Station, Station Road, Redcar.

R/2025/0835/LB: LBC for the internal and external renovation and repairs of the existing property at North Lodge, Wilton Village Road, Wilton Village, Redcar Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0819/VCM: Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) on Planning Approval R/2020/0025/RMM to update approved plans with substitution of house types to plots 1-4, 7-28, 30-54, 69-75, 77-83, 242-252 & 301-304 (3 bed houses increase by 1, 4 bed increase by 2, 4 bed increase by 2 & 5 bed increase by 1) at Land South of Marske By The Sea, Bounded By Longbeck Road, A1085 And A174, Redcar.

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

R/2025/0806/FFM: Change of use of social club including first floor extension at front and addition of second floor inset extension to provide 10no. apartments including external alterations at Eston and California Social Club Ltd, High Street, Eston

R/2025/0819/VCM: Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) on Planning Approval R/2020/0025/RMM to update approved plans with substitution of house types to plots 1-4, 7-28, 30-54, 69-75, 77-83, 242-252 & 301-304 (3 bed houses increase by 1, 4 bed increase by 2, 4 bed increase by 2 & 5 bed increase by 1) at Land South of Marske By The Sea, Bounded By Longbeck Road, A1085 And A174, Redcar.

R/2025/0837/RMM: Reserved Matters Application for approval (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale) Pursuant to outline planning permission R/2017/0463/OOM for 325 Dwellings with Associated Vehicular and Pedestrian Accesses at Land to the East And West Of Saltburn Lane, Skelton.

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
