What is planned?

SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL

The Council has under consideration the following application:

Ref: DMPA/2025/1309 (Affects a conservation area) The erection of open sided canopy for dry storage at Quill International Industries, Castle Lane, Melbourne, Derby, DE73 8JB

Ref: DMPA/2025/1475 (Major development; Contrary to the development plan) Outline planning application for up to 125 residential dwellings (with all matters reserved except the main point of access), together with parking, landscaping, drainage and associated works on Land to the West of Egginton Road, Etwall

Ref: DMPA/2025/1625 (Affects the setting of a listed building) Replacement of a retaining wall and existing gates and the replacement of the existing timber fences with a brick wall at Corner Farm, Heath Lane, Findern, Derby, DE65 6AH

Ref: DMPA/2025/1252 (Contrary to the development plan; Affects a public right of way) The variation of condition no. 2 of permission ref. DMPA/2025/1297 (approved plans) for Proposed Demolition of Two Existing Dis-Used Dwellings and Other Structures and the Construction of 5 New Homes with Associated Landscaping and the Extension, Alteration and Completion of One Partially Built Dwelling at 36-44 Mount Pleasant Road and Land to the rear, Repton, DE65 6GQ

Ref: DMPA/2025/1634 (Affects a conservation area) Proposed rear extension and loft conversion and associated alterations to windows and the removal of dilapidated timber buildings to rear of garden at 6 Alma Street, Melbourne, Derby, DE73 8GA

Ref: DMPA/2025/1640 (Affects a conservation area) The erection of a single storey rear extension at 9 Main Street, Repton, Derby, DE65 6EZ

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
