This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/02916/VAR - Land at Philadelphia Lane Newbottle Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes Durham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Variation of condition 10 (finished floor levels) attached to approved application 23/02090/VAR to amend the wording in order to list the as-built plans of Phases 1 and 2 and seek approval of proposed levels of Phase 3.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Philadelphia Complex which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
